Moda is a new soft loft condominium in Waterloo. Throughout this project, I worked on many branded pieces including custom-illustrated maps, digital brochures, newsletters, floor plans, and a website.

The gated website allowed us to create an air of exclusivity and intrigue, building anticipation among prospective buyers and investors. The website aimed to engage visitors and provide them with a glimpse of the elegance and sophistication that Moda had to offer.
